The Scottish Wedding Hair and Makeup Directory attended the grand opening of the Charlotte Tilbury Boutique in Glasgow on Friday 22nd March 2024.
This is a pretty big deal as it’s the very first stand alone Charlotte Tilbury shop in Scotland. The boutique, located in the heart of the city (conveniently situated right next door to the Ivy) welcomed guests with its luxurious decor and glamorous ambiance. Ailsa Doc and I went along to see the new boutique, and as we stepped inside, we were greeted by the friendly staff who made us feel right at home and offered us our goody bag full of amazing products.
The morning was filled with excitement as we explored the stunning displays of Charlotte Tilbury’s renowned makeup and skincare products (kids in a sweet shop comes to mind). From the iconic Pillow Talk range to their Magic Cream, every corner of the boutique was a beauty lover’s paradise. And some of the displays are very conveniently set up in colour and story order so you can find your whole look easily displayed in front of you.
We were told to find the secret room, so after having a look around all the makeup displayed, we ventured off downstairs to see where all the magic happens. We found a gorgeous downstairs area dedicated to pampering and indulgence. As you descend, you are greeted with inviting spaces designed for facials and makeup services, ensuring a truly immersive beauty experience.
The allure of the boutique extends beyond individual services, with a special room available for hire where you and your besties can enjoy makeovers together.
