“Safety is absolutely key. We have detailed risk assessments for every show and work closely with each venue. Most performances happen outdoors, and I always maintain at least three metres between myself and the audience.”

“I walk couples through everything — from how to start to where to stand. My goal is to make them feel comfortable and have fun. Lately, many are choosing upbeat ‘megamix’ dances — starting slow and then surprising guests with a fun, energetic twist!”

“I’ve been teaching themed sessions for over 15 years and still love them! Some of my most popular themes include Line Dancing, Spice Girls, ABBA, and Dirty Dancing. Every group is unique — I even worked with the amazing 4 The Love of Dog UK team and Trinny, which was so much fun!”
